Kirsty McWilliam (Founder, Accredited Coach AC & Chartered Accountant, ACCA)
Kirsty’s love for coaching came from her own experience of being coached whilst working as a corporate recovery specialist in one of the ‘big 4’ accountancy firms. Following this life changing and liberating experience, Kirsty realised that it was her vocation in life to go from managing change in business, to enabling change in individuals thus, became an accredited coach, coach supervisor and trainer. Kirsty’s ambitions to afford others the opportunity of experiencing the medium of coaching led her to set up the company we have today.
Kirsty runs the Accredited Award in Coach Training (c) programme, EQ-i2.0 certification and also supervises aspiring coaches as they pursue their own accreditation.
Kirsty works with clients on an individual basis who describe her coaching style as empathetic, motivating, honest and focussed. She also provides business coaching for SMEs, in addition to accountancy support.
