Our Values and Principles
We maintain high professional and ethical standards and are accountable for what we say and do.
We work in a collaborative partnership with our clients, that is stimulating, energising and powerful. We are fair and respectful and above all, treat conversations as confidential.
We promote excellence in everything we do. We encourage feedback and reflection and invest in continuous professional development.
Our Coaching Philosophy
Our coaching philosophy is that everyone has the potential to live a life that they truly desire and to work in a way which is fulfilling and valuable.
Coaching is a future focused intervention, which does not dwell in the past. It centres on client led learning. Other interventions might offer advice or look to the past; coaching does not. Coaching is wholly about empowering the client to move forward.
It is our belief that the answers are already within the client and it is our role, as coaches, to guide the client to unlock this potential. We believe that this is the only true and sustainable coaching method.
