Our Leadership Coaching Programme is underpinned by the leading tool, the EQ-i2.0 Leadership report.
What is our EQi Leadership Programme?
It is a 6 month programme, which starts with you/your colleague completing a self reporting online questionnaire. These results are held confidentially with your coach and the coachee.
In the first session we will explore the results, and identify Leadership areas that are important to the coachee and organisational needs.
Over the next 6 monthly sessions a development plan will be created, the four key dimensions of Leadership explored.
A final self reporting questionnaire is completed at the close of the programme to measure progress.
When to use the EQi Leadership Programme in your organisation
Every company has experienced instances where a leader within the organisation shows strengths in core competencies necessary for the role, but may be exhibiting EI blind spots of which peers are taking notice. Or, a company finds an employee that exhibits great work ethic and is an emerging star amongst his/her peers, while showing comparable traits to leaders within the organisation.
In both scenarios, the Leadership Report can be used when honing in on leadership development, executive development and coaching, and developing high potential leaders. The Leadership Report examines results through four key dimensions: Authenticity, Coaching, Insight, and Innovation.
The report also contains insights on the possible implications of results, and which skills have the highest potential of becoming leadership derailers. Strategies for development will be provided with the aim to attain true leadership potential, while being able to compare results against top leaders as a benchmark.
Building Leadership Potential
Coaching is about celebrating strengths, and building development needs. The programme will look at building Leadership Potential, using our 4 dimensions, and also look at developing any potential Leadership derailers.
If you, or someone if your organisation is ready to make a real difference to their Leadership skills, contact Kirsty for more information.
